I met Gini via
Lyn Palmer and the Equine Touch courses being run at Lower Burton Farm. At that
time I was also looking for a saddle to fit my horse, so I got chatting to Gini
and she suggested I try the Reactor panel. I hmmmed at the expense and Gini did
not push me, she just said she was happy to fit a saddle, let me try it and
there would be no pressure to buy. So I thought about it, and eventually
decided to give the Reactor Panels a go as nothing else was fitting my horse.
Gini gave me
plenty of time, allowed me to ride in the indoor school, and through the fields
onto the x country course, she took plenty of time with me and my horse who is
not the easiest with new things involving saddles! I had a lovely day and
decided that I would take the saddle on 4 weeks trial, and then kept it. Gini
has offered the best after purchase service I could ask for, she has refitted
the saddle as my horse has changed shape, helped me with girthing and is there
at the end of the phone should I have any problems or questions.
Gini is now a
great friend, we share similar horsemanship principles and ideologies and it is
lovely to have someone with Gini’s experience to call upon when I have a
question or need eyes on the ground. Gini has been kind enough to let me ride
her horses and gain experience from them. Gini is also very supportive in
helping me set up my own business to help people with problem horses.
